Kaptly is free while it's in public beta, and you don't need a card. Features we may charge for later carry a Planned Premium label. Please keep highly sensitive or regulated data out of it for now.

What can I build with Kaptly?

Sign-ups, contact and inquiry forms, booking requests, surveys, scored quizzes, onboarding and feedback forms. If it asks questions and collects answers, one at a time or page by page, it fits.

Is it free?

Yes, while Kaptly is in public beta, and no card is needed. Features we may charge for later are marked Planned Premium, so you know which ones they are before you rely on them.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Everything is point and click. If you do code, custom CSS and signed webhooks are there when you want them.

Can it live on my website?

Yes. Use the script embed, which resizes itself and can follow your site's light or dark mode, or a popup, a plain iframe or simply a link.

Can I build forms for my clients?

Yes. Invite a client as a Viewer or Editor while you work, then transfer the form to them. Its responses go with it. This is in early access and opening up gradually.

Where do responses go?

Into Results, where you can read, search, filter and export them to CSV. You can also get an email for each response, or send it to your own tools with a signed webhook.

What happens to my respondents' data?

You control it. Kaptly doesn't store respondents' IP addresses, and our own analytics never run on your forms. You can delete any response, or your whole account, at any time.

Does it connect to Zapier or my CRM?

Not with a built-in integration yet. A signed webhook can send every response to an automation platform or your own backend.
