Client intake for creative agencies
Build a branded form that asks the right questions, checks whether a project fits, and gives your team a clear brief.

How it works
Kaptly collects the brief, checks whether the work fits your agency, and tells your team what to do next.
The form shows only the questions this client needs.
Budget, timing, and service answers create a clear fit score.
Send the right reply or pass the result to another tool.
See where people stop, then fix the question causing trouble.
What your team gets

Upload your document. Kaptly turns its questions into an editable form you can review before publishing.
Supports PDF, DOCX, TXT, and Markdown. AI document import runs only when you choose it; review the draft before publishing.
Do not lose good leads
See what a potential client already answered, even if they do not finish the whole form.
In-progress answers are saved, so an early email can make a dropped inquiry follow-up possible.
Public forms and embeds adapt from 320px phones to desktop, with touch-safe controls.
Request names, URLs, files, consent, dates, ratings, and structured choices across 19 field types.

Common questions
Short, clear answers about who Kaptly is for and how it works.
Kaptly is focused first on small creative and digital-service teams handling recurring custom-project, package, or retainer inquiries—especially when qualification and complete briefs matter before a call.
No. Kaptly handles the intake and qualification stage, then sends the useful result onward by email or signed webhook. It is deliberately lighter than a full CRM or delivery suite.
Yes. You can create and publish a form without entering a credit card.
Yes. Import PDF, DOCX, TXT, or Markdown into an editable draft, choose one of six agency workflows, or start blank.
Yes. Use the responsive script embed, a standard iframe, a popup, a direct link, a Notion embed, or a QR code.
Their in-progress answers can appear as a partial response. Following up is possible when they supplied contact details before they left, so Kaptly templates place that information deliberately.
Owner/respondent email actions and signed webhooks are available. A webhook can feed automation platforms or your own backend, but Kaptly does not claim a native integration where one does not exist.
Responses can be exported to CSV and deleted individually. An account owner can permanently delete the account and its forms, responses, brands, and uploaded files from Settings.
You control your forms and responses, can export them to CSV, and can delete individual responses or your full account. Privacy and security details are linked in the footer.
Public forms and embeds adapt from phone to desktop. Kaptly supports English and Serbian across the app and can publish one form in both respondent languages.
Not yet. Team seats, custom domains, native CRM integrations, and response ownership/status remain planned and are labelled that way on the public roadmap.
